I am very excited to announce an exhibition/sale of my Dublin photographs, in support of the wonderful people at Pieta House. The event will take place on the 5th May 2017, in a brilliant unit generously provided by the good people at the CHQ building, Custom House Quay, Dublin - just prior to Pieta House’s annual walk from Darkness into Light.
Its been a long and enjoyable experience creating these images; learning techniques that make me view the city differently now than I ever did before. I've only just begun, and am excited about the possibilities as I explore the craft further.
The images are A2 Giclée prints from the Copperhouse Gallery, Synge Street, and are all set off with beautiful walnut frames and non-reflective glazing by Morris Deegan from Frame Foundry, Stoneybatter. My photos have never looked so good.
Also, on the night I’ll be holding a raffle. An additional print, of the winner’s choice from the pieces on show, will be prepared and framed up for them.
There’ll be good tunes and fine vittles to get you started out for the weekend. You might even end up with a new view upon your wall…all for a great cause.
Hopefully see you there.
