Irish Music luminaries Sack made a joyous return to the main stage of Whelans just before Christmas. Last year the band signed with UK-based indie label Dimple Discs (home to Cathal Coughlan, Eileen Gogan, Damian O’Neill and the Monotones) and released What A Way To Live, their first single in 20 years. The band are currently in the studio working on a new album of new material, which will be first since 2001’s Adventura Majestica and it is scheduled for release next year.
